These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arcstone, operated by us ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Arcstone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use AI Quest. By using the game, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Early Access
Arcstone is in active development. Features, content, and systems may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. Save data may occasionally be affected by major updates — we will endeavour to preserve progress but cannot guarantee compatibility across all releases. Participating in Early Access means accepting these conditions.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and included features are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Arcstone for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or scrape the game or its API.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the game in ways not expressly permitted.
- Submit prompts or content designed to extract harmful content, circumvent AI safety measures, or cause the system to generate illegal material.
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users or staff.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the service without our written consent.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of text you submit as game input. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store it solely to operate the game. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
7. AI-Generated Content
Story content, dialogue, and world descriptions are generated by AI and are provided for entertainment purposes. AI-generated content may be imperfect, inconsistent, or unexpected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated narrative. You should not rely on game content for real-world decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
Arcstone, including its code, art assets, realm designs, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and play the game for your own non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
9. Disclaimers
Arcstone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or that your progress will never be affected by technical issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Arcstone. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or (b) $10 USD.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, extended periods of inactivity, or for operational reasons, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription amounts except where required by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-game notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
